Powerhouse Place cleans up at Victorian Architecture Awards

Our Powerhouse Place project was the most awarded project at the Victorian Architecture Awards on Friday night!

Powerhouse place was awarded the highest honour in the following categories:

• Urban Design

• Regional Architecture

• Sustainability

Powerhouse Place was also awarded the presitigous Victorian Architecture Medal, for the most exemplary project across all categories. For those of you interested in numbers: the medal has been awarded 38 times since being established in 1987.

Number of times won by a women led practice -  6 (where that practice was the lead Architect)

Number of times won by a regional project - 4

Number of times won by a local government project – 3.
