Powerhouse Place recognised at National Architecture Awards

Powerhouse Place received a national award for Urban Design and for Sustainable Architecture.

The jury observed: Powerhouse Place offers a meaningful and inclusive place for the community to enjoy, providing unique civic spaces able to accommodate events previously impossible to house within the city. It steps lightly and defines an exemplary approach to the sensitive transformation of our country’s colonial and industrial past.
